The Empire has asked an appeals court to stop enactment of the new Alabama immigration law.

Their argument is that it discriminates against foreign-born citizens and legal immigrants.  By that argument, all criminal law should be abolished because it discriminates against law-abiding citizens.

The Department of Justice has lawyers who live in "Never-Land."  We need to be free of them.
