The
League of the South and the Balm of Gilead Trust are sponsoring
“the
League’s Big Event Of The Year” Labour Day Weekend –
August 31 thru
September 2, 2007
at the Gilead’s Top of the World Farm, located between
Lawrenceburg (“Crossroads of Dixie”) and Waynesboro, Tennessee,
near the
geographic centre of the Confederacy.

Free primitive camping (while space lasts) (running
water, outhouses and firewood) at the Farm. Saturday during the day there will
be
-
agrarian demonstrations,
-
wagon rides,
-
crafts,
-
and other surprises,
etc.
- Friday evening jam session (bring
your fiddle, guitar or mouth harp)
-
Saturday evening all the trimmin’s barbecue supper
featuring pasture-fed pork and chicken.

Then a big ball with a WBTS period band, and dance
mistress to boot.
