The League of the South and the Balm of Gilead Trust are sponsoring
 “the League’s Big Event Of The Year” Labour Day Weekend –
August 31 thru
September 2, 2007
at the Gilead’s Top of the World Farm, located between
Lawrenceburg (“Crossroads of Dixie”) and Waynesboro, Tennessee,
near the geographic centre of the Confederacy.

  • Free primitive camping (while space lasts) (running water, outhouses and firewood) at the Farm. Saturday during the day there will be
  • agrarian demonstrations,
  • wagon rides, 
  • crafts,
  • and other surprises,  etc.
  • Friday evening jam session (bring your fiddle, guitar or mouth harp)
  • Saturday evening all the trimmin’s barbecue supper featuring pasture-fed pork and chicken. 
  • Then a big ball with a WBTS period band, and dance mistress to boot.
